This year Dan and me were able to go to New York again for five days! We did a lot walking around and eat a lot good food! We also went to see STOMP. I really enjoyed it and Dan liked it but he wishes it had more of a story line. One of the mornings we had a nice relaxing walk around Central Park.
While we were there we both got to spend time with our mothers. Dan's mother lives there, so got to see her almost every night and most of the last day we were there. The first night I got a call from my mom that she was stuck in New Jersey for the night, so she came to New York to have dinner with us. It was nice to be able to spend the first night of our trip with both of our moms! We are grateful for both of you and everything you guys do for us. Thanks for being our mothers!
Outside our hotel widow you could see the crane that collapsed in the storm Sandy. We were there three weeks after the storm. We didn't see a lot of damage where we were. The only damage that we saw was this crane and a couple of down tree's by the airport.
Just a really cool famous building I had never heard about until this trip!
When we were walking around in Time Square we walked right by Snoop Dog.
He was surrounded by a crowed of people.
It was nice having sometime way from the kids but I missed them and I'm glad to be home with them. Thank you Gail for watching them for us.
