Keanan's Pre-School Graduation!

Keanan has really loved going to pre-school.  His teacher said that Keanan helped everyone want to learn. Keanan will miss his friends in pre-school but he is really excited about starting Kindergarten in August!

Olivia stole Keanan's hat as soon as we got home and she just looked so cute in it!

Summer is Here

 Unfortunately summer is here.  I use to love summer but in Arizona not so much.  It is just too HOT! It has already got to 109 degree's this year.  But were ever you live there are still thing about summer you love. Like playing outside in the sprinkler or hose, going to the pool, going fishing, and eating Popsicle's.    

 All last week the kids played outside with buckets of water. 

 For family home evening this week we went fishing.  We didn't catch anything this time but we still had a lot of fun.  The kids enjoyed playing with bubbles, chasing birds, and just spending time as a family.

Little Helpers

 The kids enjoy helping me out with the dishes. I think the only reason they like it is because the get to play with the water.  It nice to have help with the dishes and they do a pretty go job so I'm not going to complain. 

Fishing

 Last night we had a fun time fishing as a family!

 We have gone fishing several times as a family but this was the first time we had actually caught anything.  Dan had found the perfect spot because he was catching fish after fish.  We had a friend come with us and he kept moving around and wasn't having any luck.  After Dan caught his limit he switch spots with his friend.  His friend was able to catch his limit.

Dan caught 4 fish, Keanan caught 2 fish and Olivia caught 1 fish.

Crazy Storm

This is a storm we got two days ago.  It was a typical monsoon storm but the weird part is, it's not monsoon season.  We had a drust storm come in from the south and the rain came in from the another direction and met in the middle. That just makes for crazy weather.  Normally the Dust storm hits and then the rain follows after.  Also not to far from our house people got pictures of a tornado.

 It's snowing!!! J/K it's only hail!

Utah Trip

At Grandpa Bartlett house the kids spent most of their time on the trampoline.  They also had a lot of fun playing with Corban, Matthew, and Sydnee. 

Sarah's Graduation!

While we were in Utah we had the opportunity to go to Dan's sister Sarah's graduation.  She graduated with a degree in Political Science at the University of Utah.  She also graduated with honors.  The kids did a wonderful job sitting through the long ceremony.
