Dan and I went to New York to visit his mother and had a wonderful visit her. We were there five days with no kids. This was our first trip without the kids since we have been married. We defiantly missed them but enjoyed our time together without them. We walked all over New York with his Mom. We went to Time Square, Macey's, Central Park, Union Station, China Town, and the 9/11 Memorial. We also got to enjoy a variety of foods. We had Japaneses, Indian, and Karen BBQ. They were all very good. The weather was perfect while we were there. Then on our way to the airport to go home it started to rain. We couldn't have timed it any better. We had a really good time!
