This is a couple of days before it molted/shed. I think that's what you call it. The funny thing about all of this is that Dan has been waiting for the to happen. He wanted to watch it but he went out of town for three day and of course that's when he molted.

It got really big. We now know it's a male. This was its last shed. I guess it will only live a couple more months. I wasn't too heart broken to hear that but Dan was. He has already bought a new one to replace it.
